If your order arrives damaged or you have a quality issue, email support@vitalpeptides.bio within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will replace or refund at our discretion.
If we shipped you the wrong product, we will send the correct item at no additional cost and arrange return shipping for the incorrect one.
If your tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate or replace the package.
Due to the nature of research compounds and the integrity required for in-vitro work, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or reconstituted product unless there is a verified quality issue.
Custom or special-order items are non-refundable once shipped.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Crypto refunds are issued in the same currency at the current market rate.
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Once an order has left the lab, the standard refund policy above applies.
